Refund policy

Live 1:1 Readings:

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking by contacting me directly. After 24 hours or within 7 business days of your session (whichever comes first), refunds will not be issued as your session prep begins well in advance. You may reschedule at any time before your appointment by using the link in your confirmation email or contacting me directly. No-shows over 10 minutes late will be marked as forfeited and require rescheduling. After two no-shows, your session may be cancelled without refund unless we’ve discussed otherwise. If I need to reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen situation, I’ll notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new time.

Pre-Recorded Readings, Digital Downloads, and Courses:

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered in rare personal emergencies at my discretion. If you’re unsure or have concerns about a product, I encourage you to contact me before purchasing.
