In 2018-19 (before I became certified in Feng Shui), I had the worst abdominal pain especially around the time of my period, to the point where I was going to the doctors every week - they believed I might have PCOS or endo.

I did soooo many tests, bloodwork, ultrasounds... but there was physically NOTHING wrong with me.

    Once approved, I'll send you a more detailed and tailored Feng Shui questionnaire about your home and everyone living there, alongside your invoice. Once payment is received, we'll schedule our Virtual Walkthrough call.

Why is it so expensive?

Because I'm certified using the most advanced, difficult, and comprehensive school of Feng Shui - Flying Star School.

Flying Star is a complex mathematical system based on the magic square and numerology. Unlike the other schools, it takes into account the influence of time on a building and the invisible forces of the universe that are forever changing. This is why some businesses prosper in a space where previous tenants went bankrupt, and why your property's Feng Shui actually shifts every year!

A comprehensive Flying Star analysis takes significant time, expertise, and precision. There are no shortcuts, and no two reports are the same.

Do I need to redecorate my whole home?

Not at all. True Feng Shui isn't about filling your home with lucky charms or decorative cures.

It's about understanding the energy already present in your space and working with what you already have - through furniture placement, room usage, and directional awareness. Your report isn't a shopping list.

Do you need to come to my home?

Most reports are completed remotely - the application form collects everything I need. As long as I can clearly assess your property's directions via Google Maps and you have a to-scale floor plan, we're good to go.

If you're based in Sydney, an in-person visit can be arranged for an additional cost. If for any reason I can't confidently analyse your property, I'll let you know via email.

Does it work for apartments?

Yes - I myself live in an apartment! Feng Shui can be applied to any home. However, apartments can be more complex to analyse remotely as the facing direction of your front door vs. the building needs to be carefully assessed.

For this reason, I prefer to visit apartments in person. If you're based in Sydney, we can arrange this. Either way, fill in the application form and I'll let you know what's possible.

How long will I wait for my report?

Your report will be delivered within 14 business days from when we have our Virtual Walkthrough call. Please note that depending on my current schedule, there may be a short wait before I begin - I won't take your payment until I'm ready to start on your report.

Payment plans are available, just mention it in your application form and we can discuss it further.

Do I need to pay $888 every year?

No - your initial report is a one-time investment. Each year, I offer an Annual Feng Shui Update for $222, covering the yearly sector shifts and what to activate or suppress for that specific year. It's optional but highly recommended to keep your home's energy working in your favour.

What if I don't have a floor plan?

Unfortunately I'm unable to complete your report without one - it's essential for an accurate analysis.

A real estate floor plan is fine as long as it's to-scale and up to date. If you don't have one, your local real estate agent may be able to help.
